Digital Travel Plan Credits
DesignMyTravels provides digital travel-planning credits. You receive 3 travel plans free and can purchase 10 additional travel plans for ₹99.
The ₹99 purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
Cancellation
Because purchased credits are digital and are made available for immediate use after successful payment, an order generally cannot be cancelled once the purchased credits have been successfully delivered to your account.
Failed Travel-Plan Generation
If a travel-plan generation fails after a credit has been consumed, the system may restore the consumed credit where appropriate.
This means that a failed generation should not normally result in the permanent loss of a credit.
Refunds for Unused Credits
Unused digital credits are generally not refundable solely because you decide that you no longer want to use them.
Refund requests may be considered where required by applicable law or where there has been a verified payment or service issue.
Used Credits
Credits that have already been used to generate travel plans are generally not refundable.
