These Terms of Service govern your use of DesignMyTravels, a travel-planning service operated by Willinspire.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Our Service

DesignMyTravels provides AI-assisted travel-planning tools. You provide trip information such as your starting point, destination, trip length, budget and group size, and the service generates a travel plan based on that information.

The service is intended to provide planning assistance and general travel suggestions. It is not a booking agency, travel guarantee or substitute for independent travel decisions.

AI-Generated Travel Information

Travel plans and recommendations are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or unsuitable suggestions.

You are responsible for checking important information before making travel arrangements or travelling.

Credits and Pricing

New users receive 3 travel plans free.

When additional plans are required, you can purchase 10 additional travel plans for ₹99.

The ₹99 purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Each successfully generated travel plan uses one credit.

Free credits and purchased credits are subject to the service's applicable usage, security and abuse-prevention controls.

Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms of that payment provider as well as these Terms of Service.

Payment confirmation and credit allocation may require verification of the transaction.

Failed Generations

If a travel-plan generation fails after a credit has been consumed, the system may restore the consumed credit where appropriate.

If a payment has been completed but the purchased credits do not appear, please contact us so the transaction can be checked.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DesignMyTravels only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with, abuse, damage or circumvent the service.

• Do not attempt to bypass payment, credit or usage controls.
• Do not intentionally exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Do not use automated methods to abuse, overload or disrupt the service.
• Do not scrape, crawl or systematically extract substantial content or data from the service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, APIs, databases or other protected resources.
• Do not attempt to circumvent security, rate limits or other technical restrictions.
• Do not use the service to develop or operate a competing service by systematically extracting or reproducing substantial parts of DMT's service.

Intellectual Property, Code and Design

DesignMyTravels, including its name, branding, logo, website design, user interface, visual presentation, original written content, graphics, software and other original materials provided by Willinspire, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, where applicable, the underlying HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other software code, database structures, proprietary workflows, interface layouts, design elements, prompts, instructions, planning methodologies and other original technical or creative components used to operate DesignMyTravels.

You may access and use the service for its intended purpose. Access to the website does not grant you ownership of, or any licence to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit, our source code, software, interface, design, branding, proprietary systems or other protected materials.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, clone, substantially imitate, distribute, sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit substantial portions of the DesignMyTravels website, interface, software, design or proprietary functionality without our prior written permission.

You must not attempt to obtain, extract, reconstruct or reproduce confidential or non-public source code, server-side logic, proprietary prompts, internal instructions, database structures, API credentials or other non-public technical information through reverse engineering, automated extraction, circumvention or other unauthorised means, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms prevents lawful activities that cannot legally be restricted, including rights that may apply under applicable copyright, software, competition or other laws.

Travel-planning concepts and general ideas are not claimed as exclusive intellectual property merely because they are used by DesignMyTravels. Our protection applies to our original implementation, materials, branding, code, content and other protectable elements.

Generated Travel Plans

Generated travel plans are provided for your personal travel planning and decision-making.

You may use the travel information generated for your own trip. You must not represent DesignMyTravels as the source of a third party service or reproduce substantial portions of the service's proprietary presentation or materials for commercial purposes without permission.

AI-generated output may contain information originating from or influenced by third-party data, services or publicly available information. Such information may be subject to third-party rights and limitations.

Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

DesignMyTravels may provide links to third-party services, including accommodation, transportation and other travel-related providers.

Some links may be affiliate links. If you use an affiliate link and make a qualifying transaction, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Third-party services operate independently and are subject to their own terms, conditions and policies.

Travel Responsibility

You are responsible for your travel decisions, bookings, documentation, permits, visas, insurance and compliance with applicable laws and local requirements.

DesignMyTravels does not guarantee that a generated itinerary will be suitable for every traveller or situation.

Availability of the Service

We aim to keep DesignMyTravels available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Suspension or Restriction of Access

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the service where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, our systems or third-party services, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, payment abuse, circumvention of credit controls or other violations of these terms.

Where appropriate, we may investigate suspicious activity and take reasonable technical or administrative measures to protect the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Willinspire and DesignMyTravels are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated travel information, third-party services, changes in travel conditions, inaccurate information or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be published on this page, and the updated version will apply to future use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to applicable legal requirements.
